Jumping Beans at Kohl's. That is my ds' body shape and they fit him great! I tried Old Navy jeans on him and oh my gosh, so saggy

My 4 1/2 year old boys are shaped kind of like that too and I just discovered these belt-like elastic things called "Dapper Snappers" that you attach to the back of their pants (you need pants with belt loops though) and they do a great job of cinching the pants in while still keeping them up high in the back and low in the front (my guys are always pushing their pants down below their bellies). An added bonus is that if the pants are big enough in the waist, which they usually are since we need to size up for length, even button and zipper pants can just be pulled up and down for easier bathroom breaks.
