Keep offering! Nursing is supply & demand! Your body will know that it needs to make more if baby keeps requesting it. Also, you could try some fenugreek, oatmeal & plenty ofwater. Don't supplement unless you are desperate - your body needs to know that it HAS to make more milk and supplementing will stop stimulation for that feeding. Also, try pumping after baby feeds for additional stimulation. Good luck! I can't believe your doc put you on regular BC when you baby is only 2 months old - your milk supply is NOWHERE near regulated yet! There are other ways to manage an oversupply.

![]() ![]() ![]() NAK nurse nurse nurse & drink water, eat oatmeal & get some mothers milk tea if hes really hungry use sns no bottle - keep track of # of wet dipes!
