LOL, I bet you have your hands full! Hmmmm, honestly she'd probably fit in either since they're pretty stretchy. Are her thighs slim? That seems to be the biggest difference between the 2 sizes. You can use the swim diaper without anything else or you could layer it under a swimsuit. Either way works well.

Her thighs aren't super chunky to me. She has a swim suit but has only been in her kiddo pool. I'm guessing the medium would fit her fine. Can you pm me your paypal addy? I will def take these I will have my friend send the paypal by this evening if that will work.
