I've wondered the same thing! Somehow I don't think I'd like the texture of frozen eggs, though.

I had no idea that you could freeze eggs. I love the idea with the ice cube tray and think that this might be an option for us in the future so that we do not throw away so many eggs...especially since we do not use them very often as I do not eat eggs.

I second the ice cube tray idea! Each cube is one egg. Very handy.

Cooking then freezing is also an option, but the whites will get gummy if they aren't scrambled together. But you can scramble the eggs then throw single portions (or family size) in freezer bags and thaw them for easy breakfasts.

Id make a bunch of breakfast buritos to freeze. They microwave in one minute and are really handy. Just a thought
