can you even leave neg fb if you didnt actually purchase the item? I dont really think oversells is a reason for a neg fb... unless im not understanding what your talking about.

Ive never left neg fb so I cant really answer your question.

well tech she did purchase the item and paid so yep she can leave FB. If it was the SAME store and it happend 3 times i would prob be upset and leave neg fb. But if it was different stores no i wouldnt

Well I bought and purchased it, the money was taken out of my account, and then refunded, so technically I did purchase it, because money exchanged hands. Maybe I was just overreacting because Im preggers and had a rough night

Unfortunately, if it is a hot item, it happens a lot and it is out of our control. When my stuff oversells I give the buyer the option to be put on a custom list for the exact same product for the same price, which can take up to two weeks to get and most people are happy with that. I personally would never leave bad feedback for a wahm for that specific reason, just because I know that it is a hc glitch and not the wahm.

I guess it just depends on the situation . I have not had a bad experience yet, so I haven't left bad feedback. If I didn't get a product, or if it was not what it was supposed to be or the seller wouldn't work to fix something then I would.

See this is exceptable if it does happen you are offering to fix the mistake, but 3 times is a little out of hand and the wahm needs to figure out how to fix the prob EXP if it is happening to the same mom.

I don't think it's the fault of the WAHM that oversells occur, and I don't think negative feedback is appropriate in that situation. It happens all the time on HC.

So it was a popular item, and I'm assuming that this is a popular store since you said it has happened to you three times...it oversold and you were refunded. I don't get why you'd leave neg FB for that honestly.

The WAHM doesn't have control over that, does she?

I guess I fail to see where the WAHM did anything to deserve "negative" feedback. She stocked and item, several people wanted it, and when the others didn't get it she refunded them their money. Perhaps it would something extra and nice if she offered to put oversells on a custom list, but I think that goes above and beyond what would be considered good business.

Unless she was holding on to your money, I am not seeing where the negative is.

I do understand your frustration though, I just don't see how it's the WAHM's fault that she has a popular product that oversells.
