Popcicle molds are the BEST investment! We just make ours with juice or leftover smoothies from the morning.

Re: healthy Popsicles??

Ditto the popsicle molds! We just put in 100% fruit juice and freeze them. My DH loves these!

Ditto the ditto! We get 100% juice to make ours. Kids eat 'em up! I'm going to have to try the leftover smoothies. Yum!

Re: healthy Popsicles??

juice, smoothies, whatever fruit you have on hand, pudding... oh and a good way to use up the core of a pineapple is to put it in smoothies or popsicles.

Get a big container of organic vanilla yogurt, add a can of 100% fruit juice concentrate (orange is yummy!) mix and pour into molds. Easy, healthy and yummy!

Re: healthy Popsicles??

I make ones for my daughter with 1/2 spinich/carrot puree and 1/2 organic strawberry yogurt. She loves them, plus i'm squeezing some extra veggie in there!! May not apeal to the adult palate though, lol.
