How many parenting/discipline books do you own?

I have a little over 30 most are pregnancy/birthing books/breastfeeding and probably 40-50 more on my wish list.
and for the pp "What to Expect When Your Expecting" makes for a great bug killer. I got the book in a lot and knew it would come in handy some way

I'm surprised actually! I definitely thought I would be a mom who bought every parenting book known to man! I love books.. but surprisingly I don't own any! I just what feels right for me and my son

*Raising Freethinkers
*Mind in the Making
*Raising Happiness
*Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child

And then two that my mom got me that I haven't read yet:

*WTE: The Toddler Years
*Parenting From the Inside Out (A book about examining your own childhood so you can parent your child better, which speaks volumes about my mom's perspective on my childhood. She's convinced she was a horrible mom.)

And I'm probably going to buy Unconditional Parenting at some point too.

Parenting Beyond Belief, Raising Freethinkers and the Dr Sears Baby Book. I also have that free book from State Farm, the Mayo Clinic book. I've never read it, but I signed up and received it for free online. Its HUGE

Very very few these days. I got rid of most of them. I used to have all of the pregnancy books and breastfeeding books ect, but these days they would be kind of pointless. I do have The Out of Sync Child (which is as much for me as for the kids), How To Raise a Healthy Child In Spite of Your Pediatrician and I think maybe one other vaccine book. I also have Circle Round which I use when I want to do rituals and seasonal crafts with the kids, but I take everything in it with a grain of salt. It just has some really cool recipes and ideas in it. I've read The Explosive Child and Protecting The Gift, but long since sold them. I do own the full Child Craft Library but I use it for schooling, haven't really read the parenting stuff. I don't even have any home school books really, other than curriculum and crafts type stuff. Self help type books always sort of bugged me when my therapist or psychiatrist would recommend them to me and parenting books ring that same bell for me.

none...if I want to read one, I get it from the library I try to keep adult-level books to a minimum in our house and only collect two series, all the other books are kids books.
