Applesauce, yogurt, baked goods and if your kid is as big a ketchup buff as our DD, ketchup is a great place to sneak it in.

oh, and homemade pizza - under the cheese and no one will notice.

first make sure it is flax seed meal, so it can be absorbed otherwise it acts as a laxative. Adults @ 2tbsp/day or serving so i don't know maybe 1tbsp? that's what ds gets every morning.

My son eats toast with peanut butter every morning (his choice) I could probably sprinkle it on the toast first before adding the peanut butter huh?

I grind mine up in my coffee grinder, always keep it in the freezer and add it to EVERYTHING that doesn't get cooked over 325 degrees! There is no such thing as too much flax seed! LOL!
