Right now I use a Happy Heiny hemp fitted with a pull cover. I love this and have had no leaks. I think this might be too hot for this summer, though. The fitted is stuffed with one hemp insert and two microfiber towels. Do you think I should try a wool cover? My dh thinks wool will be too hot but, it's more breathable and should be cooler, I would think. Any thoughts?

Re: Overnight dipe for hot nights
Wool seems to be much cooler for my dd. I live in TX and it is already hot. When dd would sleep in pul, she would be all sweaty, but in her wool longies she is fine. I have had fewer leaks with wool than pul overnight, and the one leak I did have with wool was because I didn't know you had to lanolize before first use
. If the fitted diaper you use now is dripping wet, you may need something with more absorbancy. Now that I have discoved wool, I only use pul covers for dh and outtings. Wool is great!

Re: Overnight dipe for hot nights
I second the wool. My ds had a horrible diaper rash a couple days ago because my dh put him to bed wearing pul for several nights. A few nights with a wool cover and it is clearing up nicely. We also never have leaking issues with wool at night. We do use pockets and pul covers during the day though.

Re: Overnight dipe for hot nights
Definitely try wool!!!!! We Love it, it's basically ALL we use for covers; day or night!
Daytime covers that work great and are trim are Stacinators day/night covers! For nightime, longies, Aristocrat, Disana organic pull on wool all work fabulous for us! Just beware, once you try wool; it's pretty addicting

Re: Overnight dipe for hot nights
I like wool too, but my newest love is fleece pockets. I love Snap-EZ Windpro pockets!
But since you have fitteds that work a good wool cover could be used night after night. Fleece is good too, but you'd probably have to wash after each night or two. Also, PUL covers like MotherEase Airflows are a bit cooler than covers that are 100% closed.
